Many leadership development initiatives are designed to be an off-the-shelf, one size fits all approach. Something that focuses on what ‘great’ leaders have always looked like. Others are based on the idea that celebrity leaders entertaining us with their stories is all we need. Nothing currently exists that champions difference, Recognising that we all have unique styles and the idea that one type of leader fails to recognise the importance of gender, race, generation, culture and diversity of thought.

Our mission is to create a new approach to leadership education where difference is a positive. We aim to measure our impact on every step of the journey. To shape future leaders who are comfortable in this rapidly changing world.
